When you order a report or submit a request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your business’s name, website, and location. When we compile a report, we gather publicly available information about the business — search results, AI engine answers, public listings, and the business’s own website.

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). Report pages record basic engagement (which sections were viewed) so we can improve the product.

To fulfill your order, compile and deliver your report, schedule your findings walkthrough, and respond when you contact us. That’s it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. The only cookie we set is a functional sign-in cookie for our own staff panel — visitors browsing the site receive no tracking cookies from us.

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), and the search/AI data providers we query while compiling reports. Those queries contain only public business information — never your contact details.

We keep order and report records for as long as they’re useful to serve you. Want your information corrected or deleted? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
